Few bed and breakfasts offer a spacious group area suitable for 3, 4, 5 or 6 adults (or children 12 or older), with 3 beds - 1 King plus 2 Queens. With 800 square feet of space, it is ideal for a Madison Wisconsin area girlfriend getaway or family retreat. *Additional guests over 3 are $75 each/per night. 

Our spacious lower level (stairs) Victorian Cottage Group Suite offers English Cottage charm, views of the beautiful nature pond, gardens and gazebos, as well as the back hillside with outcroppings of rock and forest.

The large living room area with couch, love-seat, chair, coffee table, corner Victorian-style fireplace, 43" Roku TV, pillow-top King bed and private attached Kohler bathroom with shower, complete the space.

A separate large bedroom with two Queen beds is included. No whirlpool room. Lots of privacy and is a great space for late night visiting or watching movies together in our luxury spa robes. Not ADA Accessible.

MINIMUM STAYS:  Rates are based on a 2-night minimum.  One-night reservations may be accommodated, if possible, at a $30 additional fee for whirlpool rooms and $20 for regular rooms. Please call to check availability for this option.

RATES - Higher rate quoted above is our regular daily room rate based on a 2-night stay. Lower quoted rate represents a 4 night or more extended stay discount.  $10/night discount for a 3-night stay. (Discounts calculated at time of booking.)

5.5% sales tax is added to prices & a $2/per night Midwest Inns fee. NO: city or room taxes, property or cleaning fees or parking fees.

Rates are guaranteed for 6 months and thereafter subject to change.  Any advertised special discounts are applied to our regular daily rate indicated above.
